How do you maintain such a high level of service?

Customer satisfaction surveys are sent periodically as well as follow-up calls by the Operations Manager. The results are then shared with the pet waste technician. During the training process, we ensure our pet waste technicians are aware of the satisfaction surveys and what they will be graded on. The results directly affect their performance evaluations. Poor workmanship/Poor customer service will not be tolerated.
