For an initial clean-up or one-time service, payment is due before services are performed. For recurring service, pre-payment of one month in advance is required. Our customers are set up on recurring credit/debit card payment through The Poo Pros, credit/debit cards will be charged on the 1st of each month for that month’s service.

Many customers set up recurring payments through The Poo Pros directly. Charging for each week of service means that sometimes your invoice would be more when there are 5 weeks in a month, rather than 4. A flat monthly rate means that you know exactly what amount is due each month.

Call 216-208-POOP to schedule your service and a friendly, fully trained and uniformed Pet Waste Technician arrives at your home & will scour your lawn and/or litter box.

We Clean

Pet waste will be removed from your property and disposed of, per local ordinance, at no additional cost to you. Equipment and shoes are sanitized after each cleaning to prevent contamination.

You Relax

Treats and a detailed Service Report Card are left behind after each visit for you and your beloved pets.
